Sleeping and Eating Well

Good sleep and good food are of paramount importance to a child’s growth.

Sleep

Children nap in a comfortable cool environment on hygienic cots that are frequently washed. All rooms are fitted with filters and de-ionisers to remove bacteria to a large extent. We want the air that our children breathe in to be as clean and healthy as possible.

Food

We spare no effort to ensure that our children get the most nutritious food we can afford.

Our meal menus are developed under the advice of qualified nutritionists.
Meats like fish and chicken appear frequently in our menu as we know these proteins make a huge difference to a child’s brain development and immune system in their tender years.

Soup is simmered for hours to bring out its natural flavour and nutrients. Vegetables are chopped finely to encourage every child to eat some of these.
Fruit is offered everyday.
